7.5 Pre Lit Silver
Christmas Tree - Retro Style
This 7.5 foot pre lit silver Christmas tree
comes with a free matching silver tree stand amongst other things. The trees
have designer matching silver bulb bases and light cords and are considered
highly retro. They have one thousand four hundred and seventy tips, metal-hinged
branches that are sturdy and seven hundred and fifty clear mini lights.
The voltage of this pre lit silver Christmas tree is as follows one hundred and
twenty five volts, five amps, six hundred and twenty five Watts. The white lead
cord is forty-eight inches; the diameter of the base is forty-eight inches. The
height of these trees is seven point five feet from the top to the base of the
stand.
The most important holiday season in the Christian calendar would not be the
same without lights. Once the last two months of the year are upon us, you can
see lights all over the place.
They are strewn on bushes, shrubs, and the occasional car, houses and of course
on Christmas trees. It is interesting to note that if one of the bulbs are taken
out or broken, the entire string of lights ceases to work. The manufacturers
have been smart in the way the sequence of colors has been laid out.
Go back about a generation or so and think about how people decorated their
houses over this festive time. Most of the bulbs were one hundred and twenty
volt incandescent bulbs. They were five to ten watts, similar to what is used
today in a night light. For the most part these bulbs are not that easy to
access anymore.
These bulbs are resource hungry and consume a lot of electricity. One fifty
strand of five watt bulbs is equivalent to two hundred and fifty watts. Multiply
this over the amounts needed for a house or a tree and it becomes quite
excessive. The 7.5 ft pre lit retro silver tinsel artificial Christmas tree is a
much more cost-effective system.
